Inventory levels change frequently. We cannot guarantee immediate availability of all products displayed. You will be notified via email in case of out-of-stock items.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged product, you may request an exchange for the same item by contacting info@ownperfumes.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Products damaged after delivery or through misuse are not eligible for return. All returns are subject to our review and must be in original packaging.

8. Delivery, Taxes & Risk

Once shipped, responsibility for the product transfers to you. We are not liable for loss or damage after confirmed delivery.

Any taxes, customs duties, or surcharges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

It is your responsibility to verify and accept the shipment in good condition at the time of delivery. If goods arrive damaged, you must refuse the delivery or note the issue on the delivery receipt.

OWN Perfumes is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or unclaimed packages.

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable charges unless otherwise stated. Online payments may include third-party processing fees, which are non-refundable unless due to our error.

We reserve the right to modify prices or service offerings at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law in the Kingdom of Bahrain, OWN Perfumes will not be liable for:

• Any damages exceeding the total amount paid by you within 30 days preceding the claim
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
