Shipping Policy

• Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• We deliver across the Kingdom of Bahrain, and international shipping will be available soon to selected countries.
• Shipping times and rates vary based on destination and courier selected at checkout.
• Our OTTS (Own Trusted Tracking Solution) is under development. For now, customers are contacted by our logistics team upon dispatch and delivery.
• OWN Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or courier issues beyond our control.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are BHD 1.500 in Bahrain and are non-refundable.

Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation & Online Payment Refunds

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours or before dispatch to be eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

Damaged or Defective Products

• Report any damaged or defective product to info@ownperfumes.com within 14 days of receipt.
• If approved, the product will be exchanged for the same item only.
• Products used, unsealed, or not in original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Refundable Charges

• Shipping and credit card fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
• Return shipping is only covered if the issue was caused by OWN Perfumes.

Returned, Unclaimed or Undelivered Orders

• If a package is returned, unclaimed, or undeliverable, shipping and transaction costs will be deducted from the refund.
• If the issue is our fault, we will issue a full refund or resend the order free of charge.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Send your request to info@ownperfumes.com with your order number, photo evidence (if applicable), and reason for return. Our Customer Service Team will respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will provide instructions for the return or exchange.
